Hello all,

John and Scott,
Welcome in Blitzkrieg campaign!

John - PZKpfw. IV Ausf. D from Polish Campaign - there is great idea!
If you would like to see some photos of Panzer IV tanks from Polish Campaign,
I can show them. Maybe they help in something.

Jesper - It can actually I will decide on execution of diorama... Surely there would be Polish Campaign and surely there would not be all models together.

When I will complete my PZInż. 126, I will be taken for Polish 7TP light tank(twin-turret version) from Mirage Hobby. It's on shelf already and wait for me But what will be, time will show

Hey guys, does this campaign end August 1 or October 1? Both of these dates are listed as the end date on the Blitzkrieg campaign. If it is Oct. 1 then I will sign up.

hello Scott,
it should have been changed to Oct.1.i will ask MarkM to change the date.
thanks for bringing it to my attention.
cheers,
Bruce

Sweet. I'm going to enlist in the campaign right now. I'm leaning towards my Tamiya Char B1 bis, Tristar Pz.Kpfw. 38(t) Ausf. B or Tamiya StuG III Ausf. B.

For sure I will build my 1/35 Tamiya Char B1 bis. If time allows I'll squeeze in my 1/35 Tamiya StuG III Ausf. B in Poland as well.

First off....welcome to Blitzkrieg John, Scott and Bob. Looking forward to seeing the progress on your builds!

Des....that looks sharp with some paint on, really pulling the details together.

Joe....camo looks great, do you use a 'sharpie' to do the black lines? Came out nice.

Adam.....hopefully you will do a dio with those figures. I have not attempted figures yet, I should give it a try. They really do enhance a build.

Where's our leader? Any progress yet Matt?

Yes, you are correct, the Ausf. B entered service during the French Campaign. The kit has markings for Poland, but the time is later, June 1941.

And thanks for the welcome gentlemen.

Hi!
I see that a lot of work has been done during this week and I have a lot of work to catch up to you guys...
I've finished painting color scheme on my TK-3. I still haev to separate colors with a black lines to make it complete (and then a lot of weathering).

I hope you like it so far.

Well, it seems most everyone is off to a great start and here I am just getting started. It's 'Baseball' time and I'm a League President and also Coaching two teams, so my time gets pretty limited for modeling. I'm hoping that the extension into Oct is true as that would definitely help. I did manage to get all my stuff though. I'm doing the Italeri 1/35th SdKfz 232 6 Rad, with Royal Model wheels, Eduard PE, and an Armorscale barrel for 2cm gun. The diorama will have the SdKfz 232 racing across the Firestone 'Canal Lift Bridge" with a motorcycle following as a 'Blitzkrieg Recon'. so far only have the Crew figure done and just started the 232.

Sorry, KitMaker not cooperating to get rid of 'red x'.

Thanks Andrzej. I've done it many times before, but something has changed in 'KitMaker' I guess. Either that or old age/senility is catching up with me. Hoping to get more work done this week and still waiting for ArmorScale barrel.

Thanks also Bruce. I saw you'd confirmed that in a previous post but good news as I won't get crunched due to Baseball season. Hope to post an update soon.

Great progress and good to see many new participants.

Mayer and Andrzej, great jobs on those camouflages. The early war period really had some cool camouflage schemes.

Looking forward to see more.

hello Matt,
the info i have says that the Opel Blitz type S was introduced to the German Army in 1938,unless some has better info,i would say go for it.
remember, you have to tie it in to the Blitzkrieg concept some how,
hopes this helps,
Bruce
