As you will see what to paint figures is not my specialty
Anyway here are the two crew members, now to paint the side of the boat and spend the seafloor

Wow!!...Domi, I look what you are doing with plastic sheeting, rods, and bits and pieces of this and that...and I ask myself, what am I doing spending $100 on a model kit?? You are proving that all you really need, is imagination...and an incredible amount of talent. This is just wonderful work. I can't wait to see more.

Cheers,
Mike

Surely avoided many headaches and of course not spend boats putty

unions at the sides with the roof are returning me crazy, but calmly, putty and sanded everything is settled

Hello everyone
I realize this happened assembly as a kind of sketch
Do what you see?
Can I put more algae, less, cut high?
in order that is only an initial idea and everything can be changed
I hope your ideas

Hola Domi!

Impressive work! I concur re the amazing job you did.

Seaflorr details will depend on the place your story happens: in a port, you'll have to put junk (old ropes, cans, logs, barrels, etc.) and not so many algaes, except perhaps on the ship hull. On that specific topic, in the Mediterranean, there's nothing like giant fucus or tree-tall underwater vegetation growing at the depth you chose for your dio. As you may know as a Spaniard, most common underwater plants -not algaes- are posidonies -don't know the English name:

Well, back to the attack.
after a long period returns this diorama.
From the moment they only put a cat in the machine room at the photos like a statue of plaster, but is naturally much better, try taking pictures with natural light to see if it looks better

And the first phase of the seabed, now has only one layer of dough and shape of the rocks,
I have to fill with sand, paint, rocks, vegetation and place the fish (thanks Rui)

Glad to see you're back at it. The cat is too clean. I'm sure you'll add a bit of 'work' to her.

The taped up stagging looks promising. Can't wait for updates.

I agree it is nice to see again progress on this beautiful dio.

I'm curious how the seabed will turn out. I agree with Vittulu on the seabed. I wouldn't add that much plants on the seabed. The ones you showed are a bit out of scale i suppose.

Looking forward to see more of it!
