Great marine creatures Domi!
I think you may need some taller marine plants just to fill the empty spaces between the seabed and the ship.
Great work

Well this continues his journey,
Now I am with the painting, gave a slight moment of Bloom in the glass front, something dark in the two-hand side and a lot more dark and with "water" in the rear
.
While the paint dries, I am placing the submarine in position, not yet posted, I have to tighten the cord and give him an inclination to seek more or less attractive
Saludos

This is really great work! How did you do the weathering at the bottom of the hull of the ship.

The ship is really nice, love the barnicles.
I'm not sure I'm a fan of the water. I would suggest you try to make some water on top of it with some two part epoxy or household caulking. Check with the ship guys on this one
here is the feature page on MSW.

Hello everybody.
I am not finished as the convection of the wear of the keel me to devote more aging, added these algae / mold that sticks to DOT, wear and oxides throughout the low number wanting to represent a ship with very little maintenance
It seems to me a very strong but wear more "natural

Hello
here you have some pictures of the set.
practically ready, a couple of touches and that's it.
Sorry the quality of the photos, but I am unable to remove them better without the glass makes me glare or shine, the effect of flash

I THINK you made a fatal mistake.
The ship is british as i can see from the propaganda post BUT the maiale is italian.
In 1943 the italians went with the allies side and left germans to fight alone.
The Xmas estabilished early 1944 so the ship MUST be german not British.

Very original idea and splendid execution, what do we want more? Congratulations Domi!
I would have preferred a complete shadowbox, no opening to see the crew from above, but this would have meant adding lights, so this is probably easier
Cheers
Claude

Hello Friend
.... because I am still not finished, I am thinking of closing the top of the machine room to give a more "closed"
What you think of the idea?
also I have to touch up the painting's glass front, has some blemishes that I do not like, but that is easier
Knowing that scracht has no secrets for you will be very helpful comments

Like i said in my comment, i would have done it like that. You will force the viewer in front of the dio. You are probably running into light problems for the back of the room. I don't know if the two lights in there will be enough. You must see that.
