Well here is the pictures as promised.
I finished the hull but i left the road wheels off so it would be easier when it comes to painting it.
Also i have left the drivers hatch because i hope to obtain Accurate Armour's Modern UK AFV Crew (Bosnia/Europe) and use them on my scimitar.
So far i have only had problems with both stowage bins on the sides because the fit was extremerly poor so i had to do some chopping to get them to bit but luckily you wont see where i have chopped because it is hidden away
any comments are welcome or suggestions will be gratefully recieved

Very nice so far James.
It does build into a nice wee model. Watch the track tension though. The tracks should hang low over the road wheels and IIRC (from about eight years ago though) the kit idler "keying" tensions them too much, i.e. taut. They aren't too strong either.
Mind you having said that... Mine sat blue tacked to my car dashboard through six hot German summers where temps sometimes reached over 40 degrees c in the car. They finally gave up after about seven years. Hmm, maybe they aren't all that bad after all.
It made a great "guardian" on the dashboard.

thanks darren & james
I have herd about the tracks but i dont know there is an aftermarket set for them.
As for clean build there still is allot of cleaning up to do regarding various stowage bins.
I am currently working on the turet i will posts some more pictures tomorow

Accurate Armour makes a CVR(T) track set.
I look forward to seeing this build. I have the AFV Club Scimitar and Scorpion in my stash.

I started on the turret which is split into three parts the top half, the bottom half and the turret ring that acutally goes into the hull.
The main turret parts went together ok but i had a problem with the front there was a gap but you shouldn't see it when the mantlet is glue into place,
The turret is about halfway finished i still need to add some more periscopes, stowage boxes, both hatches, the mantlet and a few other things
Here is a sneak peak of the guitar
Thanks for looking guys, any comments are welcome
