I just finished installing the toilet, I painted it and removed the plastic seat and replaced it with a wooden one stained to match the flooring. I also installed the ceiling light. I am now adding litlle touches like tooth brushes, magazines, paintings, soap etc.

I've started work on the stairwell. I'm waiting for some items to arrive so I can put the finishing touches on the bathroom. I am debating whether or not I am going to finish the third floor. If I do decide to finish it, it will be the bedroom area. I will also place several dormer windows. I have already started sketching out the other buildings. I want to make a street scene which will consist of a cafe, pastry shop and several office buildings.

Great work so far, love the 1/6 scale. My wife works in 1/12 and she loves it. you are able to get allot of detail going and it is easier to work with. Can't till the next set of pics it all looks great.

I love this scale too. I work in HO and 35th but this isfar easier on the eyes. The pocket book is still expensive. There are alot of companies making 1/6th figures but the diorama stuff is still hard to find if not non existent. Either way if I can't find it I'll make it. I find alot of my diorama stuff overseas or on ebay.

Looks great Chris. May I suggest you also post your work on our 1/6 scale forum?

..... Congratulations mate 58theng. Your job is running great. What I like is the huge number of objects and especially, the choice of decoration chosen.
If I may make a suggestion ....: Make a video to see three-dimensionally throughout this colossal work.
Congratulations again. Sincerely ..... Jorge.

For the last two weeks I have been building a cabinet for the bathroom. It is made from scale wood with brass hinges, plastic for glass and knobs.

For the past week, I have been installing the second story windows. I will update photos as soon as this is done. I am also working on the stairwell leading to the second floor as well as the rear wall which will seal the second floor.

Hello Al,

the reason most of the pictures are gone is due to the large files. I dont like down sizing the photos so I have to take them off to put new ones on. I will be putting some new pics up soon. if you highlight photos you see them all.
