Byron, it's a much better picture! Feel free to put it in the Campaign gallery. (I'm not sure when the gallery will move to the "past campaigns" list, but it is still under the "Active campaigns" one at the moment...)
That was something started by the previous Campaign Manager. I think he stopped when it became too much effort. Evidently there was a feature to move an entire gallery but something was wrong with it and that feature was removed. So each picture had to be moved and that is just way too much work.
I decided to add exclamation points to the start of active campaign names so that the photo gallery sorting feature would keep them at the top of the list easily. When a campaign is done, I just remove the exclamation point and push the sort button.
