You Sir are insane, and I mean that as a compliment, this is simply stunning considering how small this panzer is, and considering the fact that its mostly PE.
Love the way you added a bucket, gives a very good sense of scale, ie how small this panzer is, (I think they carried buckets to do quick winter camo's, but not sure)
A fantastic job

Hi Gary, Roman, Matt,
Thanks for the kind comments that you have made, I see studying the photos that there are one or two areas that I need to touch up but I am generally happy.
I need to decide between an out of the box Panzer 2 Ausf B or a Panzer 1a varient the Flakpanzer 1 with Aber and Lionroar super detail kits
Thanks to everyone who has been viewing this thread

How about doing Panzer 2 and relax from soldering and then we can do a group build of Flakpanzers? Maybe joining one of the campaings?

That sounds like a good idea, if you PM me with the details of when you would like to start the builds then I can plan it in.

I don't have any plans regarding Flakpanzer now - need to finish Panzerjager (painting), and sWS with flak....
How much time you will need for OOB Panzer 2? September is OK to start?

Steven,
Great work! My son (MasonTheKid) and I REALLY enjoy the detailing. It's this kind of work that sets the mark for the both of us to acheive...thanks and congrats!

Fantastic build, you must have the patience of a saint
Was there a difference between the Aber, Dragon and Tristar turrets?
Would it be possible to use the Aber turret base and the Tristar turret sides?
Am awaiting your next build with baited breath

Hi Ian, Dani,
Thanks for the kind comments,
I did originally plan to conduct a full side by side build review of the Aber, Dragon and Tristar Turrets but I rushed to get the Aber turret ready so never did.
Comparing Tristar and Dragon, the Dragon kit is far better, apart from the Interior, the Dragon kit (in my opinion) is superior to the Tristar offering. Refined details like screw heads really lift the kit into another class.
I dont think that you can mix and match parts from both

Thanks for the comments, I really enjoyed the build, my first ever full interior and build log.
But the Panzer 1a is a simple animal compared to the Tiger 1 that I am currently building
