SIPR is Secret internet and email.
HESCO is a Hesco Bastion barrier system. They are a steel wire mesh square with a fabric bag inside that gets filled with dirt. The military is using them as walls and building materials overseas. Hesco USA

Yup, sorry, between the Army and my civilian job, acronyms roll off my tongue with great frequency.
I started a new thread on all things M-ATV with some pictures. I guess I never took pictures of trucks with the HESCO walls, but I saw plenty. They were more common farther away from big bases where we tended to be more busy and I took less pictures.

I got mine from panda an it looks like I got the right kit but need to get the resin wheels an some good reference materials to study an a tm manual if there out yet. Your kit is amazing hope mine comes out as good as yours.
