@Sal

I really like your Italian AB !

@Rob

Good progress on your amazing Stryker project !

@Cagkan
Nice work on the ACV 300

@Matt
That Bradley is looking good ! What paint scheme will you use ? desert or NATO colours ?

@Jon D & Gary(II)
The Puma builders, both builds are looking great, Gary Boggs set the standard on Puma's pretty high.

@marc c

That Tamyia kit looks great, detailiing & fitting.

@Jeff H
I like your LVT so far.

@Jeff Edge
Welcome aboard !

@Jon

Both your builds look great !!
What clour did you use on the Stryker ?

@steph
your dio looks great ! congrats !!

@craig
Nice green coat on your M113 ! Will it be a Nam version ?

Almost forgot, my progress on the 223, after a Panther month I finally have time to do some work on my builds for this Campaign...

Still working on the interior, it will be hardly visible since adding the BlackDog Stowage, most of the hatches have to be closed... Besides I already did a similar interior for the 221

The firewall will need some work

@John, no spray cans. I avoid spray cans at all cost...i will decant them if need be. The olive green is out of the bottle mixed only with tamiya thinner and then airbrushed on.

Ok i have never done pin washes so i used my test model for a test run. I am using minerals spirits with W&N oils and a 20/0 brush. I guess i am curious if it looks correct.......i would hate to ruin a build or jack up the paint job(i did put a coat of clear down first) direction and comments are encouraged

@Fister - The wash looks well done. My only issue is that (now this is only my personal preference)the wash looks too dark for the base colour. I prefer to use something like Migs Neutral Wash for my sand coloured vehicles.

Well I managed to get the rest of the base camo on the Puma this evening. Looks a bit harsh but will soften up dramatically with the filters and Buff dust coat still to come. I will let the paint cure tonight then start the decals tomorrow.

Ok so I made some progress this weekend. Completed the decals, then started the detail painting and some filters and a neutral wash. I have made the chipping with more contrast than I usually do as I want to end off with a buff dust coat and I don't want the chips to be totally lost. Well that's the plan so we'll see if it works out!

@Jon Dicks

Great work on the Puma !!

@Darren

Good progress on your LAV, I like the 3 colour camo !

@Gary

The Puma's are back !! it's an invasion !!
I should have called this Campaign "Puma's & other stuff.."

Here's my slow progress..
I know the interior is going to be hardly visible, small hatches, tons of stowage from BlackDog, but I'm that interior no matter what.... waste of time & paint...maybe but it's fun !!!

@John

As far as markings for the Bradley, there is an option in the Tamiya kit for a KFOR Bradley from 1999 that uses the three tone NATO camo scheme, so that's the one I'm using. It's hard to just throw on some CARC sand and call it a day, and I'm not one of those modulation types... Just got in my indy tracks from AFV Club and will be tackling those this week. After that it's a matter of priming, painting, weathering and getting my dudes ready for their ride...

John and Gary - I love your work!

I have almost finished now. I need to have a hard look at the photos then let it "stew" on the shelf for a while before I look at it again. I also need to take proper photos but I found my kids had destroyed my cardboard photo background so I will need to get another one!

I will be watching all your progress in anticipation.
Cheers
Jon

@Jon Dicks

I really like your Puma !
The chipping looks terrific, the dirt & dust on the wheels gives a great finishing look.
The tools look great too.

I would only add some rust on the mufflers / exausts and some soot near the smoke dischargers.

Looks great even without the cardboard Jon !!!
Congrats on your Puma !!!
