I'm just throwing this idea out real quick to see how much interest we have in another "younger generation" campaign. This, like the first one that Darren ran, would be open to our modelers 16 years of age and younger. Most likely we will not have a veteran & rookie category, and just be open to all that meet the age requirement. For a better idea of how this was conducted during the first one see:
NextGen

I'm hoping that we will get a good response for this second version and see some of our original NextGen'ers as well as some new faces

Andrew is already asking when he can start. He pulled another kit from a packing box and started on it today, "just for practice".

Hello James,
Is the age limit mental or chronological.
I have a sponsor that is willing. I just need to know what you want.
Let me know,
Cheers,
Bruce

Hi James,

waht timescale are you thinking of for the campaign? I am sure my son would be interested, but he is away at boarding school most of the time, so his modelmaking tends to be resticted to short sharp bursts when he is at home.

I've been trying to get my nephew interested in scale modelling. Seeing how his Dad and Grandfather own a hobby shop, its pretty criminal that he isn't. I'll see what he says.

Love the idea.

Thank you Jordi!

Looks like we'll have a good crew of modelers for this one so I'll get a start date set for it and fill in the other minor details

I'll check with the campaign administrator and see if we can get a green light on this, looks like we should have enough participants

I am most definetly in. I just turned 15 and never stop modelling.I am the Scottish Junior National Champion and plan on entering Telford for the first time and this campaign will give me another excuse to practice. Is there anything specific I should build or is it open.
Thanks for getting this campaign started again. Could you please PM me when it begins.
Thanks
Euan

Awaiting approval with a tentative date as 11-01-12 to 03-01-13, and the same age group as the first NextGen group build (17 and younger).

This may be a silly question, but are those dates written in American format. Is it the first of the eleventh month? No time travel required then.
Thanks

Also what will the campaign ribbon be like. Will it be like the same as last year, or is it being re-designed?
Thanks
Euan
