Thanks G, it has been accepted as the official ribbon and I as the new campaign leader....
Hi Michael, that looks like a nice new Abrams and I've lost count of the number of those Tamiya accessory sets I've used over the years. Good Luck with the build....

Thanks. I'm going to need it... This is only my 2nd kit from Dragon, the first being a M4A1 which I screwed up and then lost the box along with the rest of the pieces to it.
Say... do you have any extra's from any of those sets? I've also lost a lot of those pieces too.

I have boxes of accessories from loads of sets: what are you looking for? Let me know the type of items you need and I'll see what's in the spares boxes.....
Made some progress on by build for the campaign. It's the 1/48 Airfix Landrover WMIK and it's going together a charm. I'll let the pictures do the talking:

So as not to derail the thread, I'll message you.
I'm currently working on the wheels and chassis of the M1. It too is coming together like a charm.

Here's where I am on the chassis so far

It's been slow going and very tedious.

I finished the road wheel, drive sprocket, and suspension assembly. Tomorrow I'll work on the tracks, I'll probably only do one but one never knows.
And Sean, I'd love to see it come together too.

Because I can't edit this into my previous post, might there be another OIF campaign at some point in the future?

I'm sure there will be enough interest for another Mike, a few months after this finishes. Keep pluggin away and you'll get there for this campaign.
What are your storage boxes in the background coverd with? Looks like digital camo!

I bet there will be. But I'm not sure I'll be able to finish before the end. School for me (high school) starts on September 9. And, unfortunately, doesn't end until mid-June. And yes, the cardboard stowage/tool container/spare stuff bin is held together by digital duct tape. The pattern is actually the Army's UCP (Universal Camouflage Pattern) camo. Currently I hold the paints I'm working with, tools, some string, rubber bands, clamps, tiny paint chips, and some plastic brushes I made (some being under a millimeter) in the separate compartments.

Well... I have here another update. After a few days of no progress on the DML M1A1 (it seemed like weeks, though) on account of me working on a birthday present for my dad, I finally made a little bit of progress:
I finished up both tracks. The MagicTraks were surprisingly good to me, considering this is my first time ever using them.
I'm also now working on the upper hull and turret.

I also painted the windows clear red.

I'm not sure what to paint the electronics window though. If someone could help me out with that, it'd be nice.

I have spotted this campaign too damn late, I am just finishing painting my Iraqi T-72A...
Everything must come to an end. Preferably in humangeous explosion!
