Well, considering that Hobby boss has even made the M1070/M1000 Heavy Equipment Transporter, it wouldn't be so huge a T-28 tank

Interesting, but I smell a hoax. DML have never been quiet about new products that are about to be released, and there's no hint of it on the web...

>sigh...<

Excuse me, but I have collaborated with DML on a number of Tiger releases, and during the development phase I would keep an eye out for leaks. They really can and do keep significant new releases concealed.

Well I take it back! If it hits the shops here I'll definitely have one. But I'm still a little surprised that they haven't been drumming up any interest in the past month or two, if the release date of September is accurate...

Perth Military Modeling Site (PMMS) is showing it as an upcoming release, with the now standard Dragon CAD preview sheet.

I will believe it when it is actually released, and if this is released I hope they have done as good a job on it as they do on their German WW2 releases. While their German WW2 AFV are by and large excellent their Allied kits have been hit and miss. These questions cannot be answered at this time and I do hope they release this kit and that it is as good as their German AFVs.

Wow! Now that's an ELEPHANT! Seems that we weren't as far "behind" the Germans, with their Maus, in high military silliness as some are wont to argue! Yeah. 95 tons, 500 whole tiny horses, double tracks, big gun in fixed casement, slooooow speed and way-cumbersome! But big and ugly can be really COOL!

I think the original still resides at Ft. Knox,KY - it is HUGE and certainly very ugly.

Presuming it is real and not some hoax, Dragon has a sure winner here - this kit will build up to be a most distinctive and BIG show- stopper! Better have a well-braced shelf to display this monster on

Wiping drool from chin...

Man I hope this is real. We may see more of the Allied prototype tanks now too! Starting to hope.

I'll be checking Sprue Brothers site often for this kit, and as soon as it's listed as in stock, I'll order one.

Holy crap. I've wanted a Tortoise and T28 trundling along for years now but have never bitten the bullet to buy them in resin. Now Meng gives us an exquisite Tortoise and Dragon pops out a T28? Wow, best of times indeed.

I'd been guarding my hopes about Meng doing a Black Prince, but I'm starting to believe. . .

The real T28 no longer resides at Ft. Knox as all that equipment was moved.

I do hope we can read the directions more clearly on this one!
