awesome work on the vehicle and figures; two-part question: what color did you use on the tank commander's uniform and what kind of matte finish did you use? looks great

Thank you Brian,
No problem at all, I used Panzer Aces By Vallejo
German tank crew black No's 333, 335, 337, 344 and Vallejo Beige to lighten the mix, I also used Vallejo pure black for the dark shadows. Matt varnish is Mig Ammo 089 , its fantastic stuff.
Regards
Dan

Thank you chaps
More painting on the head sculpt, not finished yet but getting close. Hands and hair next.
As for leaving clothing in a satin state, I'm not a big fan but I think it's okay if the clothing leather, most military fabric is totally flat in appearance so I aim for the same.
Cheers folks
Dan
Great work on the crew Dan! I have noted that many of these crewman wore the leathers, as supplied to the Uboat crews. Especially the officers, and often those that crewed the larg cats... Panthers, Tigers and Jagdtigers...oh my!

Dan your skills at figures rivals the likes of Jrutman and Mike, and other "masters"! Very subtle shading is what I strive for in my work, and you have it down dude!
