Some progress on my T-55AM Kladivo:



The vehicle I model is a Russian built AM version with Kladivo FCS added during mid-1980's modernization, so I had to rework some of the parts and change arrangements on the fenders.

I thought of starting on my entry so as to avoid the mad rush to meet the deadline:





So far I find the kit builds clean and quick, no major headaches on fit and gaps. There's not much parts in it, no interior, and most of the build is focused on the suspension bits.

More updates soon.

Yep am still in this race

Inching along, but getting there:




The turret did not sit flush on my first attempt, so I had to sand it a bit to fit. Small gaps but manageable with some filler.

As I am partial to beutes, I plan to finish this as a captured vehicle.
