Hi Marcos - this is looking great! The real sunlight really lets the detail and colors show! The debris is looking good - you’re accomplishing random very effectively - easier said than done. I’m wondering - would you consider another couple of layers of debris? First something fine - almost just sand or finely crushed rock? Then...a wash of dust over it all? Sorry - I don’t mean to be a pain in the neck!! This looks great - just curious how far you want to go? I’ve tackled a similar concept before and it seems you can keep adding forever! All depends on what your end goal is. Again, I really don’t mean to butt in too much! I know your projects always turn out really well!
Looking forward to your next update -
Cheers

Thank you nick. And don't worry, I really appreciate your comment. 4 eyes (or more experienced eyes) are better than 2. I will definitely add more layers of debris. I just want to be careful that the scene makes sence. The front facade of the building is almost intact, so it wouldn't make sense to have lots of debris there. But you can see that at the edge of the dio part of the building is collapsing, so how much debris from there could fall toward the corner, and in what pattern. But definitely it needs more debris. I will be posting as I advance, so please do comment. Cheers!

A couple more layers of debris. I still think it needs a couple more.

Thank you Bostjan. For the tiles I looked for a pattern of tiles I liked on internet. There are many sites for architects that display them. Reduce the image to the size you need, and print it on photographic paper. Cut the image to the size you need, or cut the individual tiles. Really very simple.

I am stuck! Not sure what else to add to the street. It looks too clean to me, but I don't want to over do the debris. I am currently looking at a lot of pictures for reference, see if that helps

You shuld add some oil stains here an there, oil stains mixed with some dust, and you can add some shadow contrast where the street meet the pavement…
Thanks for the tiles recipie…

It looks great Marcos– that air-con unit’s a little work of art on its own. A couple of suggestions – the back of the wooden pole still has the details of the paintbrush type it used to be (July 31/7th photo)…and maybe it’s that front door that looks out of place, as though nothing bad had ever happened? I’d expect it to be kicked off its hinges inwards or blown off its hinges outwards...& maybe one of the shutters too to break up that uniformity. The street looks much better now, & yes maybe put some graffiti on those clean walls too.

It is looking superb buddy. Graffiti would be nice yes. Maybe also consider adding something to where the sidewalk meets the walls? Debris and rubble and trash tend to gravitate towards those areas a lot.

I love it. It sure brings back memories. I have several photos of typical street debris in Rabiah, which bordered Syria, and was very much like a Syrian town.
But in my mind, nothing conveys a general feeling of nastiness better than trash lying in stagnant water:
And of course the ubiquitous black plastic bags, which were everywhere. They actually flew around like some sickly bird.
If you need graffiti I've got tons of that as well

Amazingly good Marcos. You are wondering about the amount of debris. Photos of such scenes can be confusing - sometimes even if a building hasn't collapsed, the rubble outside seems to fill the street. Perhaps something to think about is the demeanour of your figures which suggest that this is no longer a dangerous area, there's no snipers or booby traps etc. Photos seem to suggest that pretty soon after an area is captured and made safe then rubble is cleared enough to allow the road to be used. So maybe if you add more it should be like it was covering the street but has been moved to the side, so piled up, leaving behind a lot of dust which the vehicles are now driving through.
This street was probably completely blocked:
