OMG!! It's even worse there are four bolts missing and two others are off by 1/3 of a nanometer.
But nothing that can't be fixed by a competent modeler with an electron microscope.
Another forum meme out of the way. About freaking time. Now what other vehicle can we find to complain there isn't a model of?
New M3 Stuart? M18 Hellcat? Carro armato M13/40 series?
All these Bergepanthers, I want an M3 Stuart.

Okay, so how does this fit into Mr. Laughlin's theory that the conspiracy of model companies was keeping us from ever getting another, better bergepanther?
BTW pretty excited by this.

That brought back memories of some of the characters that used to hang out at the local all plastic LHS before they closed. Always criticizing new products and other peoples work, but they never seemed to finish anything. I guess all hobbies have folks like that. As Oddball once said: "Always with the negative waves." How could they screw up so badly?? There are two bolts missing somewhere. This isn't the version I wanted.

The 2nd ARV released by Takom! Now that's great. WWII is not my playground, but since they already have a Leopard I'm praying they will do a Bergepanzer I(Leopard 1 ARV)

Looks like some good stuff here. I like that the box art tells you that Demag did the conversion, a nice little tid-bit there.
It says, "full interior", I didn't see any engine compartment shots I had to add a third gripe...
Seriously, it looks like a must have.
Have a good weekend everybody !

Missed by five days, not bad

1. A few of us really wanted it.
2. It was almost within reach for so long, most of the parts already existed.
3. It became a standing joke whenever there was a new itsy bitsy teeny weeny variation of some other German tank such as PzKpfw XYZ from the production run in the last two weeks of October 1943 when oberwerkmeister Schmitt was ill with a fever and one of the engineers had to step in and got a few things wrong ....
Now we need to come up with something else to use as a standing joke
The recovery variants of AMX-30 or Leclerc would be really cool. There are some other variants of the AMX-30 chassis as well, the Pluton for instance ....
Now THAT would be cool

As I replied to you in Varanusk's thread: If you are not interested in a subject why are you clicking a link to it?
This is a purposeful move intended solely to attempt to spoil the good news of others; in essence, you are a troll.
The energy you waste being a turd could be better spent starting threads to generate enthusiasm for your dream machine, and in writing your favorite companies to inquire as to whether they have plans or might consider producing what you desire. I saw a lot of people begging for a new bergepanther; you're the only guy I've seen asking for an M88A2. Probably because as a guy who prefers Panthers I tend to ignore such links. I certainly don't click them and post crap about how tanks are stupid and what they really need to make is a Tupolev Tu-2 in 1/32 (they should). That would be being a jerk.

His reply was no different then any of the hundreds of bergepanther posts in other new item threads. This is a hobby for those of us who enjoy time working on models and relaxing. You sir need to relax and maybe step back from the computer maybe work on a model.

Instead of typing up some 500 word diatribe about him being a troll, I'd just ignore him, the kit manufacturers obviously are.

Disappointing. I was hoping for the "D" version.
For many this is THE release of 2018. Those who don't like it should get a life and post threads about what they want from a manufacturer. Can't wait to get this puppy. Now some offbeat releases would be cool
- Bedford 5t postwar and WWII
- Thornecraft recovery crane truck
- GUY tanker
- modern Cdn army trucks (International/Navistar)
- modern civvy vehicles 1960 to present
The berge is looking very nice.

Actually, it was different, based on the fact that he has been habitually crap-posting in almost every Tiger/Panther thread that has been coming up lately, and I am not the only one who has called him out on this. It is intentional and deliberate on his part. And as stated, the admins have asked people to knock that kind of crap off going forward. From your response to me I surmise you don't support their request.
I know exactly what this hobby is about, I am more relaxed than you could imagine, and I have six kits currently underway on the table behind me and six more waiting for their campaigns to start. I average a kit a month. But as I am a whip-smart guy who can toss off a response in a quick amount of time--and do not struggle for hours trying to compose a coherent sentence--typing out a 500-word diatribe is no big deal to me (I didn't forget about you, Rob). Writing is part of my job so I can do it all the live-long day. And as a former rpg'er, I am not averse to fighting trolls.
