I think this is going to be an excellent campaign. I can't wait to get started on it..."Is it time yet???"..lol..Now if i can just find some good medic figures...Any suggestions anyone.
BTW.. I really like the "Angels of Mercy" title. Me being a nurse, that is exactly what most medical professionals are seen as.

I'll use the tamiya kubel with the dragon ambulance conversion. Maybe a diorama of the kubel in once of the German cities after an allied bombardment?

As a mechanic for a medical unit,I'm surrounded by red crossed-vehicles all day. I'm going to convert a resin Iltis (that's staring at me from the shelf

hi, little fella!) into the Iltis Ambulance that's on display in front of our building.
Count me in!

Count me in on this one. I have a great idea for my project. Pulling it off is a different story, but one can only try :-) :-)

How true parts of this story is i don't know. My Dad served in Aden in the 50's. He was transporting civilians in a red cross truck when they were chased by bandits on horseback, so they had too fire from the tailgate to ward them off. Thats my idea, trouble is i don't know what truck he was in. My dad now lives in Spain so getting infomation is going to be hard.

Howdy all,
As I've already said, I really like this Campaign idea and will be doing
something for it.
In the spirit of the "Red Cross" portion of the Campaign moniker, I wanted to share this nifty photograph I came across while ref-surfing.........hope you like it.

You can never have too many of 'em. Reminds me of the pic I saw of a Rhino Ferry loaded with ambulances being brought to Normandy. I'm pretty psyched about this campaign, my 997 is here now it's just a waiting game...

Reporting for my first campaign. Hope to have a lot of fun and learn new techniques as I have previously modeled trains(ho) and vehicles (1/25). Does the start date indicate when we can begin modeling the project? hockeycoach

Exactly Hockeycoach. The Start and Completion dates is the allowable building period

This sounds like a great Campaign. I will join in on this as well. Pete, are the rules still the same or has anything been added or deleted. Thanks

Hi Gunny no i've never build Master box before but i heard so much about it that i couldn't wait for making one meself but in the Netherlands i didn't know where to buy a Master Box kit. So when i was in Germany a few months ago i saw a few kits of Master Box, and after looking at these i choose to buy this one with full enthousiasm. But once started i was quickly disapointed in this kit and in M.B. it don't fit like you would and you would be glad if the model is finished without giving you mindtrouble and headache no sir the best products from out the Ukraine are Alan and ICM/ Alanger, sorry to say but it's the truth.

Greetings, Eric...
I had a feeling that was going to be your answer...I've had a great deal of experience with MB Ltd's kits, and there are a few of them that are downright challenging, but the outcome is definately worth the extra work...these kits are not the "shake and bake" kits as so many others are, but offer a bigger challenge to the modelist...Personally, I really love their kits and welcome the challenge to my creativity(and patience!!). I think that you will be very pleased with your Panzer when your done, and I know that it will make a great campaign entry...Keep Modeling!
