Hi Jim
I just noticed we don't have a general WW2 group in Aircraft; specific US, German certainly... but I just added an Italian thread and it doesn't have a home. I think Italy and the Sovet Union deserve their own groups, but any chance of a catch-all category for the minor combatants too?
All the best

We really don't have a Group for between the Wars stuff either except for Early Jets. (ie Project X stuff)
Oh, yes my favorite word "stuff". :-)

Hi Chuck
LOL! That should be our motto in Aircraft... we just want more "stuff"!

Quoted TextJim have you thought of anything for the swabbies or history geeks? I'd love to help out with a DG on Warships, either history of or modeling of, or history in general.
Rodger,
That would be great. We could start a history/reference DG in warships. Or would one of the existing modeling DGs serve you better. Let me know.
Jim
Sorry to both Jim and Rodger, but this great post was posted during my vacation
I totally support Rodger on his "aplication"
And Jim, a few more DG could be made: Aircraft Carriers, Battleships, Small Combatants (Destroyers, Frigates, Corvetes), Coastal Forces...
Some banners will appear shortly

I'd be happy to moderate/host if needed. Probably Armor: Modern. My main interest are all M113s, modern British and German with a little modern US but I don't know much about the M1.

Not sure if you found all the people you need but im happy to help out in the armor section.
I was serving in the singapore army as a combat engineer so i tend to be closer to armor than anything else.
Just PM me if you still need the help.

Hi, Jim. I'm an advertising art director by profession and am more than happy to design some banners for my fav modelling site.
I note that there are some great banners being designed right now, so if there are any DGs that haven't had any designs submitted, or if there are any DGs that you haven't got a satisfactory banner for, could you please tell me which banners you require?
Also, where do I upload them to? Onto my gallery or what?

Spooky, I am honestly not sure if we are doing the banners any more. 007, FAUST, and myself were making banners like crazy earlier this year, but few if any were posted. I'd email Staff_Jim and ask if help is needed.

Jeff, I tried but Jim's message button links to the site's Feedback Form, so I think I'll leave it as is. The offer still stands though, Jim.

David,
I sent you a private message about this. Just click the email icon (which should be blinking) in the upper right.
Cheers,
Jim

Ola Guys
Well I have PMed Jim too about this matter but I think he was too busy or something no problems there I think.
let me give an Update
Have been working hard last months and sadly my Online business ended a bit on a sidetrack. I have now some more time on my hand to get working on these banners again. Which I will do too. Of course if you guys still want me to do some banners that is.
