There is no easy way too say this but today has probably been the worst day of my life. this isn't easy too say or talk about but my son in law Mark has committed suicide this afternoon.
No one knows why he did it or what the mitigating circumstances as to made him take his own life, along with his family and mine we are totally shocked by today’s events.
I know this isn't really the place or site to post this but right now….but I’m confused and need all the help and support I can get from my family and myself as well as my daughter Katie.
Mark was a young man of 21 years. He is a great guy and a wonderful son in-law. Mark and Katie where only married a few months, but they knew each other a few years from the neighborhood. Over the summer they announced that they were getting married. The wedding plans were started, but for some odd reason they decided to run of and get married. Mark was an only son, and he was a great son from what his parents say. Mark worked as a machinist at a local stamping plant and appeared too have a perfect life with everything in live too for. I would be most grateful if you could say a prayer for everyone who has been affected by this tragedy.
It feels like bible camp…Only I’m not crying pretending I’m somewhere else.

Joe I'm really sorry to hear about this shocking news. My deepest condolences to you and the family for your loss.
I know at this low period it may mean very little but you do know there are many of us here that will always be here for you and the family. Your loss is our loss albeit in a small and different way. There surely must be extenuating circumstances that drove him to that extreme but I hope you never blame yourself.
Take care of your health and may God keep you and your family safe.

Joe,
That is devastating..... I have never and hopefully never will experience, the pain you must be enduring right now. Joe, I think that you and your family should seek counselling as soon as possible, be it a church or social gathering. Be strong and stand by your daughter, she'll need her father's support in the days to come....and please know that you have an extended family here at this site...
