Accurate Armour have just confirmed these new armour releases. It really is a very nice mixed bag of goodies. What is interesting is that they have released wheel sets for the Marquette Archer - the Archer kit that is allegedly an Accurate Armour knock-off...

K010 Whippet Fast Tank
The Medium Mark-A Whippet was designed by Sir William Tritton duting 1917, and was known as the 'Tritton Chaser'. Over 200 were produced during 1917-1918, and were first used in action on 24th April 1917. With a weight of 14 tonnes, Whippet could manage a top speed of 8mph (Fast in it's day!).
Many captured Whippets were used by the Germans, and after the war Whippets were used by the British South Russia Tank Detachment, The Red Army and the Imperial Japanese Army.
This 1/35th scale resin and etched brass model is very simple to construct, and comes complete with opening door and top hatch, and optional track grousers.
This model was designed by Colin Knapp and was updated in 2005 to include full colour decals.
K033 FV432-30 MCV
The FV432-30 was produced as a trials Mechanised Combat Vehicle (MCV) and was fitted with a CVR(W) FOX turret with 30mm RARDEN cannon. A total of thirteen examples were made, evaluated, and then deployed with the Berlin Armoured Squadron, and eventually with BAOR. This 1/35th scale model by Jon Bottomley has the same format as the K090 kit but with the Fox turret, and many modified fittings.
The model was upgraded in 2004 to include decals. This model does not include internal detail. A Berlin 'Urban' camouflage painting guide is also included.
LR006 Land Rover XD TUM WMIK Winter/Water
This 1/35th scale model depicts the Land Rover XD WOLF 'Truck Utility Medium' (TUM) fitted out with the Weapons Mounted Installation Kit (WMIK) and armed with twin 7.62mm gpmg. This vehicle is also equipped 'Royal Marines' style with Winter/Water wading gear and CIP set for Operation Telic use in Iraq.
The model consists of over 150 parts in resin, metal and etched brass and comes complete with 7.62mm gpmgs, crew weapons and stowage. Decals and illustrated instructions are also included.
This model was researched and designed by Rob Tearle with the full assistance of Land Rover and Ricardo Vehicle Engineering.
K129H Diamond-T Cargo Truck (Hard Cab)
US/British Army WW-2 Diamond T 968A 4 Ton G.S. Cargo Truck ('Hard Top' Cab and full canvas cover)
This complex and distinctive American produced 6x6 4 Ton cargo (G.S.) truck was supplied in large numbers to the US, British and Allied armies during WWII. This is simply one of the most distinctive trucks ever made and a true 'classic'. Many continued on in both military and civilian life for decades to come as a useful and capable vehicle.
This very extensive 1/35th scale model kit by Kay Struckmeier includes chassis, engine, transmission, suspension details. the upper works include winch and super detailed rear cargo body with moulded canvas cover (Tilt) This version has the Hard (Closed) cab, and a second version with the Soft (open) cab (K129S) is also available. An extensive full colour decal set is also included for US Army and British vehicles.

US/British Army WW-2 Diamond T 968A 4 Ton G.S. Cargo Truck ('Soft Top' Cab, 0.50 Cal HMG and open cargo bay).

K148 Austin K2 ATV & Trailer Pump
The Austin K2 Auxilliary Towing Vehicle (ATV) was built for the UK National Fire Service (NFS) in WW2. It was the most famous (and numerous) fire appliance in service during the 'Blitz'. The Coventry Climax 'FSM' Type trailer pump was a petrol driven fire pump for boosting low water pressure or for suction delivery from ponds or rivers, and pumping out flooded basements. The pump can be removed from the trailer by hand and is narrow enough to fit through a standard house doorway. Both equipments served on for many years post war.
This extensive 1/35th scale resin model by David Jane and Derek Hansen comprises both ATV and trailer pump, and comes complete with two sets of extending ladders, vehicle hose ramps, flexible rubber suction and delivery hoses, stretchers, couplings, hydrant and 'T' Bar. Accurate Armour have also included a sunken water main for a diorama base. An extensive etched brass detail set is also included as is a set of full colour decals.

A084 Challenger 2 Wheels (perforated)
A complete set of 1/35th scale resin cast Challenger 2 MBT wheels designed to fit the Tamiya or Trumpeter kits. These are the new (2005) heat and compaction reducing wheels introduced to replace the earlier dished wheels which suffer spectacular damage when the Challenger thunders around.
A085 Challenger 2 Wheels (Damaged)
A complete set of 1/35th scale resin cast Challenger 2 MBT wheels designed to fit the Tamiya or Trumpeter kits. These are the standard original wheels which suffer spectacular damage when the Challenger thunders around. There is a a full set with damage ranging from 2 with no rubber left (yes it gets that bad!), to chunks of rubber missing and to just lumps gone.

A set of 1/35th scale resin cast Challenger 2 MBT wheels removed from the suspension axle and designed to be used with any Challenger 2 model. These are the new (2005) perforated wheels, standard early wheels, damaged wheels and 'bald' wheels. Two of each type.

A full set of 1/35th scale resin wheels and return rollers for the Maquette/Alun (and all the other re-boxed) kits of the Valentine. This set is the early bolted 'dimple' pattern.
