The May 2014 release list from Trumpeter is out with some interesting looking new kits.

Trumpeter has put out their May 2014 release list with some interesting new items. On the list is a Russian TOS, a T-62 Mod.1972 with ERA, and the two barrel 3.7cm FlaK43. It is looking to be a great spring from Trumpeter.

Check out that 3.7cm Flak 43! I hope it's improved from their previous Flak 43..it was ok but I wasn't blown away. Looks like it's the Zwilling with "over and under" mounting. I get the impression that these were rare, however, there's a wonderful collection of photos from a a crew in what looks like Germany in 1945, not sure since I don't have a source. Cheers.

There are three Flakzwilling 43s left in the world, from what I've been able to determine. The Aberdeen gun is now at Ft. Sill under my care. It is the only one in the US. Definitely looking forward to this kit!
