An announcement by Hobby Boss has two new kits being released in 1/16 and 1/35 scale in May.

Hobby Boss has announced two new kits for May 2014 release. The first is a 1/16 scale T-34/85 which should make Russian armor fans happy. And for early World War 2 fans, a 1/35 scale Sd.Kfz.222. These look to be two great releases.

1:35 German Sd.Kfz.222(1st series)

1/16 T-34/85. Is this a new tool kit or simply a Trumpeter re-pop in their box? Be nice if it was a simplified (and cheaper) version of Trumpeter's kit without all the interior details.

The 222 is cool .. One day I will try a 1/16 kit but I'm holding out for a good early M4A1 kit .. Hint hint !!!

If it was a re-pop i would have expected a picture of the model rather than a CAD image, but who knows for sure.
