In the last few years, it is no exaggeration to say that acrylics have taken over from enamels as the primary choice for modellers. Jadar Models in Poland, has launched an exclusive new range of acrylics with the Czech company, Agama
Previously, Agama, have produced a range of enamels, varnishes and other products. Now, with Jadar, one of Europe's largest on-line retailers, their new acrylic range has been launched.
Consisting of around 180 shades, the range is subdivided (where appropriate) into the following categories:
WWI Aircraft
WWII Aircraft
WWII Armor
WWII Uniforms
Modern Aircraft
Modern Armour
They are further subdivided into nationalities:
Czech
Germany
USA
Britain
Russia
France
Italy
Japan
Israel
To take two examples of the range. in the case of U.S. colors, they are matched to ANA and FS colors (depending on period) and with German, with the matched RLM colors.
The paints are sold in small (10ml) bottles and cost around $1.15 each.
Also available is a range of acrylic thinners along with Seven shades of metallizers.
