This looks like a fantastic conversion and a great addition to the AA Hotspur. On the AA site it eludes to a later version release in the future. I would expect that this would be the PSNI Pangolin. Well done Accurate Armour!

This is fantastic news from AA. I'm particularly happy to see they are offering a full resin kit with no need to buy the HB Landrover kit and a conversion if you want to use the plastic kit as well. I must point out though that while this vehicle did come into service with the RUC it has also served and continues to serve with the PSNI. They eventually stopped using the old grey color and started painting them in white with blue and yellow police markings- 'Battenberg' markings as some call them. Most of those in use today I believe are not this 'Early' version- bits and pieces of it have been changed and modified through the years. I would say we will probably see the later versions coming along after this. As far as I know there are several Tangis being used (or that were used) by Police forces in the mainland UK. After the Good Friday Agreement a lot of vehicles used by the Police here were phased out of service and some went to forces in England and Wales- so potentially you could have some of these bearing their markings. Now we just need some RUC and/or PSNI figures to go with them!
