Monroe Perdu has finally released a kit which has been on "the drawing board" for more than three years. The new kit, MPD-019 Roadside Pulpit, will compliment your AFV's and figures in all of your Normandy dioramas.
A little different than a village pump or roadsigns, the simple cross is a great platform for MP's directing traffic or engineers stringing telephone lines. Use all of some of the components to make a unique scene. The cross can be placed in various positions and details like the gate and shield can be added in different configurations or left off entirely. The design of the kit is based on several examples documented in Normandy and Brittany. Some of these shrines date back centuries and were unique in construction to the particular parish they served.
