Customscale released a new 1/35 scale kit, a base for Flak transport.
35058 - Behelfslafette für leichtes Einsatzgerät

This new kit from Customscale features the Behelfslafette für leichtes Gerät. This base was primarily used in order to transport the Flak Rocket Hs 117 Schmetterling and was moved with the trailer SdAh 206. However, it could be used also to carry or transport other items like the 8,8cm Flak as well.

It would help to see some images of its use in the real world. It looks like a bastardized FlaK 18 cruciform base.

This is an accessory for this vendor's own kit, the flak rocket HS 117 Schmetterling (Kit 35004) It appears to be the same base as the one included in DML's 8.8cm Flak kit 6523. If you google image search "Hs 117 rocket" you'll come up with pictures.
