Interesting looking running gear on the T-12 , especially the road-wheel bogies and shock towers .... and whatever is going on with the drive sprocket

The sprocket looks like it has hollow spokes and the central guide horns also acts as drive pegs by slotting into the hollow spokes. I wonder about the reliability of that solution ... What happens when the hollow spokes become full of dirt ? / Robin

This picture (the forum valka one) is very clear but it seems to be labelled T-24. Maybe the design was changed over time? Switched to (or from ??) conventional sprockets ?? / Robin

Both the pics above are of T-24. LINK If you tweak the pic of the T-12 on this page in photoshop you can see it has same sprocket as T-24 so I'd be wary of that drawing unless you can find photographic evidence otherwise. HTH Andy
