Legend Productions have announed three new releases in 1/35th scale and a fourth in 1/48th scale.
The latest releases from Legend continue playing to the company's undoubted strengths - moderately priced, resin update sets in 1/35th scale and, as a new departure from the company, the first stowage set in 1/48th scale.
Beginning with 1/35th scale first:
LF1155: T-34/76 Update set
This may have some people scratching their heads a little but there is a really logical reason for it. This is designed for the Revell/Zveda kit which is no doubt present in a good number of stashes (and is very widely available). This loks like a good solution for updating an older kit...
LF1156 - M7 Priest Stowage set designed for both the (recent) Academy and the (older) Italeri kits, this may be an interesting solution for the former's 'issues' with the rear decking...
LF1157 - Staghound Stowage set This is (specifically) designed for Bronco's kit although it would be equally applicable for the Italeri one as well....
Finally, a new departure for the company in the form of their first release for 1/48th scale armor:
LF4101 - Sherman Firefly Stowage set Designed for the only Firefly on the market in this scale (Tamiya) this will also have wide applications for the other M4s within the quarter-scale releases fom both Tamiya and HobbyBoss.
