Once again, we're able to present another Work-in-progress from Masterbox Ltd.. This time, a set of figures which are sorely lacking in the current catalogues.

The latest W.I.P. from Masterbox takes a slightly different direction - AFV Crew from the D.A.K. (Deutsches Afrika Korp). Now, curiously enough, they haven't, despite the number of suitable vehicles released, been a tremendously high-priority for manufacturers.

Now though, this is all set to change. This set (which may well change before it enters production) features three AFV Crewmen along with a local Bedouin (?) tribesman - who is mounted on horseback.

Once again, this is being faithful to the company's philosophy of producing 'Vignettes-in-a-Box' - a trend which has helped to build Masterbox's reputation as being one of the most innovative manufacturers on the market.

However, the story doesn't end with this set. Parallel sets are already in the planning stage which will include more D.A.K as well as British figures for the Western desert - reflecting many of the developments which are taking place in the 1/35th scale AFV market.
