Some pictures of Deutche Reichsbahn with high & low sides cars but not sure whether German-made or else. This is bunker of Peenemunde, V-1 & V-2 rocket manufacture.

Thanks, I see they're "Special Order" items. Much obliged!

Good luck, Bill, I had ordered mine 8 or 10 months ago, and my order was removed after 6 month waiting from thw list. I got just TWS flat after a few months waiting. I think the Ironside are not available anymore. Nice pictures, Harmawan, they are common Om classes from later time, and coal OOtn class from about 1927 year. The gondola beside the factory is older Om , maybe about 1900 year, covered Gm from 1893, I like the crane on chassis of some Hr probably about 1900 year again. The Om on the last picture looks like improved one on old chassis, mind the bearings and old spoked wheels, but definitely newer body Occam, keep finding. In case of interest, I can show some pictures of Ommru built 1941 with four digits number 4697, or 1943 Ommu with 0149 number, or 1924 and later OOtn classes with three digits numbers, also having some older Om classes cars with funny numbers. I am looking forward to hear from you, buddy. Cheers Libor

Thanks, Libor, Greatmodels has a spotty record on back-orders, but that's probably due to suppliers, they are very nice people overall. The TWS flatcars look better anyway, but MAN they're rich!

Dear Bill, About those wheels not touching the tracks: looking at the picture it is screamingly obvious that the track is warped. Apart from that, I can confirm that it is very easy to get the chassis of the lok in a warp as well. I stiffened the very wobbly assembly at that stage of the construction with a strip of timber between the springs, the whole length of the machine, on the underside, and that kept the thing nice and straight. My own version of the same lok is on the way, but it looks very different. I spent nine months altering and scratchbuilding this model, so you (and Trumpeter) may not even recognise it. Pieter

That's a PHENOMENAL model. Really excellent. Did you use all the PE upgrades and stuff?
