Monroe Perdu have been busy designing some new laser cut items the past few months. The company is expanding its1/48 scale offerings, as well as continuing with its laser cut zimmerit sets.
For modellers who are creating vignettes in 1/48 scale, Monroe Perdu offer some laser cut sets that will add some delicate detail to bases and structures, the company is also adding to its 1/32-1/35 Scale line:

Hey Pat About the shingles... Are they seperable or do you apply the whole row in one piece, and then the next a half shingle further along to maintain an overlap? Brad

I know that other companies make similar products, but Monroe Perdu is local and therefore Amercan made, when I need these they will get my business

I'm assuming you apply the whole row. I came around to that method after painstakingly making home made single shingles for a Miniart building until I had a Eureka moment.

Interesting use of laser cutting technology. I have to say I like these. Given the right finish and they would look good. I always a fan of seeing AM made things like these.

Great review. I have to laugh at the iron gates being made from a wood product. If there was ever a need for a photo-etch metal accessory, it has to be for an iron gate. thanks,
