SKP Model have sent us details of a series of very interesting NEW Releases. More of their light-sets and a New (Modern) figure are what makes up these releases.
All the releases are 1/35th scale.
The Latest Releases are:
SKP134 - Lenses and tailights for SA-6 Gainful (Trumpeter).
SKP136 - Lenses and tailights for Merkava IV
Finally, a New (Modern) figure in 1/35th Scale:
SKP125 - Czech ISAF soldier standing guard duty, Logar Province, summer 2008
Finally, as their lightsets have featured a lot in their recent releases, and they sent me one as a sample, here's a quick look at:
SKP136 - Lenses and tailights for Merkava IV
Now, I know little about the Merkava, but I do know innovative moulding when I see it, Consisting of just 8 small plastic parts: 4 Red , 2 Clear and 2 (tiny) diamond-shaped lenses, these come attached to a brass fret. Now, having used lenses from other companies in the past, these, (providing they fit where they're supposed to) are easily the best i've ever seen - they are really realistic looking.
Now, i'd like to see someone with knowledge of the Merkava use (and review them), so, if you mail or PM me, they're yours - for preference someone with the Merkava IV from Academy - thanks!
Our thanks to SKP Model for the Updates!
