Cheers John, Its the Tamiya version and was quite an easy build only took 4 1/2 days to complete to this stage Not fully happy with it yet still needs some detailing and rust on the spare tracks etc., but with all the other projects I've got going, I'm calling it done enough to display in my cabinet

Hi,
My submission on Eastern Front Campaign. This is a dio depicting Otto Carius in his last leg of service in the Eastern front before he was seriously injured and taken out in Feb 1944. This dio takes place probably in Late Dec - early Jan 1944, prelude to the Battle of Narva, Estonia Feb 1944.
The German forces are thinning and is up against a bigger Russian enemy, sandwiching them in the centre, at one point of time, Carius had to operate with only 3 Tiger tanks in his sector.
in this scene, the ace is taking time to be briefed by the infantry officer for the morning's action while his crew loads up the tiger and have their mortar laden breakfast (coffee?) sent by the trusty kubelwagen
Cheers

Fellas:
Great models and a great campaign. This is the first campaign I actually will be able to finish the project on time...
I just finished the last of the weathering for my AFV. I will take photos and unveil it tomorrow. Ever notice when you think a kit is done you find more and more things you want to tweak on it? It always delays the completion.
More for tomorrow.

Here it is:
You were linking to directory instead of photo, click the photo with right mouse button and "show photo", then link that address you get to here by placing it between these two [img.] (Remove the dots!)[/img.]

Great progress everybody!
It’s a shame that mine is not so good – right now I’m so short on time that I’m glad to have opportunity to place a few rust marks next to the nuts on the armor…
Since the campaign ends in two weeks and I already know that some of us (including me) will not be able to finish their models on time, I want to ask you:
who needs extension for the campaign?
Let me know here or by PM.
I could contact Mark and ask him to give us some more additional time.
Have fun modeling – I will try to post some pics of my T34 – I applied decals and coated whole thing. Now I have to apply some weathering and finish the tracks.

Over here. Me. It's probably the third campaign this year when I'm whining for an extension...
But anyway, it would be cool to have one. I had the mindset that this campaign was until the end of the year. I'm currently pretty well into construction, now adding details and the suspension, but I think two weeks might not be enough. Getting the tank and the figure done even by the end of the year would be an achievement I reckon.

It's kinda hard to finish with this X-mas buzz time of the month. I'd be happy with the end of January, but couldn't swear I'd finish everything anyways. I have my SU-152 done now, so I'm ok either way. The PAK 40 is nearly done, the KV-85 ready to weather, and about 10 figures to paint. Uuggggghh.

Well, I think it makes no sense to change the date just a bit - let's move it to the February 15th.
I will ask Mark for an extension.

Greetings all:
2 more months ?
Cool.
I am working on a Stug III B that is intended as part of a larger diorama called "Illusion of Victory" . I am somewhat time constrained with my modeling, as the model shop is located at the weekend house, so I'm mostly a weekend builder... Got back into the hobby last year after mucho time away. Although my photographic skills aren't so great, I'll try to post a pic or two before long.
Thanks again for the extra time...
