Who would be interested in diorama campaign showing defeated troops and damaged vehicles? War is full of both but we usually show triumphing soldiers and vehicles crushing the enemy .
Rules: diorama showing damaged vehicles, defeated and retreating troops, POWs, anything that will give the diorama the atmosphere of bitter taste of defeat (you know what I mean).
Scales: all
Time frame: lets say 01.08.2009 – 31.01.2010.
Era: WWI - modern
What do you say about that?

Wow.... that was FAST... we already have enough people supporting this idea to submit the campaign.
I'll do that ASAP.
Any suggestions concerning the rules are welcomed - we can update it anytime.
I'm very glad you've found this one interesting.

I've just submited this campaign. Proposed rules are:
1. This is diorama campaign – vignette/diorama is required to finish this campaign.
2. Any nationality, any time period is allowed
3. Diorama has to show soldiers that without doubt are defeated (retreating, POWs, etc), damaged or destroyed vehicles, ruined buildings – anything it takes to give the diorama atmosphere of defeat.
4. Civilian figures and vehicles are welcomed as well but it has to be clear that they are on defeated side.
5. Undamaged buildings and vehicles are allowed if they serve the main purpose in other way (in example as a part of retreating forces or scene showing evacuating civilians).
6. Figures-only dioramas are allowed.
7. Work must begin and be completed within the active period.
8. At least one picture of finished diorama has to be submitted to campaign's gallery or on the forum to complete campaign.
I hope it fits everyone. I also hope that it fits Mark Millard .

I think that it's OK to join with kit that needs to be rebuilt or reworked. I think that only trashold I will put on this one is that the kit must be changed somehow - simple repainting would not be allowed. For example destroying a model you've made before will be allowed but changing only camo will not.
What do you think about that?

I think that will be ok, because there hasn't been any painting involved yet.
I also came up with an idea for a small conversion and some add-on's...
So I'm in!!

Hi
Very interesting idea. I'll see what else I've got to do before comitting to this one. Wide range of possible ideas for this.
Good Luck with it.
