Would you advise us to start a campaing or just make a build log in main froum section?

If you guys think you can complete your builds by the end of the month (only 4 days), then join the campaign and give it a go. If not, then do a build log in the AFV forum.

So unless we can talk the operator of this interesting, well run campaign with the beautiful logo into an extension I sadly have to drop this as well.
seems like there are several "active" folks that have not been able to finish in time...myself being one! It has been a busy year...and though MBR says "well run campaign", personaly I have been slacking big time with this...no banner..late on ribbon..hardly any promotion...
But, there have been some VERY nice builds come of it! So.... If we were to extend, how much more time? Im thinking a max of 2 months to let everybody wrap up.
open for thoughts and suggestions! And if Roman and Steven D want to hop on and crank out thier Flakpanzer I then by all means! (you can start a seperate build log and post links with a teaser pic here in this thread)

i would appreciate a 1 month extension at least. I have been trying, but tearing my bathroom apart (to the studs) and anticipating rebuilding has eaten up what little time I have. I want that SA-4 done for this campaign.

I would vote for two months, I can't even find glue and paint locally to finish up.

Jacques, I want to see that SA-4 done too! You have no idea how tempting it is to order one of those kits!

I would also like to see at least a 2 month extension. I have had a lot of other things keep me from building.

Tom, thanks for the info. Dragon is really raising the bar with the details and you did a great job to make it look even better.
Beautiful little build, Dani.
Nice job on the camouflage, Mark. The blend of the color areas looks great. Looking ofrward to see more.

Sorry Andy, my project never got very far, so an extension wouldn't help me. But sounds like there are others who could really use it!

Tom

If we could get a extension that would be fantastic. I too ran into issues over the summer and did not get to the bench very much. If not I fully understand as the rules stated the start and end date.

Hi folks,
I hope you get an extension. There are a lot of great builds that are so close to getting over the line. The more finished builds in the campaign the better.

OK, sounds like a 2 month extension is in order. This will be the usual "unofficial" extension in that the end date on the campaign won't change which prevents new people from enlisting but the campaign schedule chart will show the actual end date.

Great work Mark !!
2 separate kits you used ? or was it the Dragon / Cyberhobby kit ?
the MG barrel looks a little too long, but I really like the camo paint job. Even over the sparetracks it looks cool.
