Here is my finished M4 Normandy Sherman. I have some more tweeks to do. But as far as the campaign goes I'm calling it done!

Hey Guy..
Looks good. Like the weathering you have done on it. Esp on the front. And I like what you have done with the tools.
Mind if I ask what colors you used for the wood handles?

Gary Kato: I'm asking for a two month extension.
Hopefully, this will give everyone time to finish. The weather, here, has been poor and has inhibited my painting. Have to use my ab outside.

Delbert, thanks for the kind words. For the wood parts on the tools I first use an acrylic light tan or Tamiya buff. Once that's dry I put a dab of burnt sienna oil paint in a bottle cap along with a couple drops of clean thinner. I the paint over the buff with the heavily thinned burnt sienna. The buff color shows through and the burnt sienna can actually look like wood grain.

So noted. I have been thinking of experimenting with airbrushing indoors (acrylics only). My sister is less than enthusiastic methinks.

My dad doesn't want to have to repaint the walls. Of course, my workbench is close to two computers.

Half the extension has gone by. There hasn't been much evidence of progress here. Only 1 more month, guys!

Hey everybody,
I'm chugging along with my build. A Heller H-35 with a NIGHTMARE set of link to link tracks.
Good thing on the extension.
I'll try to get some pics up tonight.
Thanks,
Charlie

Thanks Jeff. I like that camouflage, that it is well suited to Matilda's shape (Malta 1942).

Burak: Amazing! Did you use an ab for the camo or hand paint it?

There was a 2 month extension to 6/1. But I figure we can wait a few days more for Matt to finish.
