Hi all
New to Armorama, and love what I am seeing. I love building WWII era tracked vehicles, so would love to join in this campaign. My vehicle of choice is 1:35 Dragon SU-85M. I have just purchased the 1:35 Dragon Panzerjäger für Pak40/2
"Marder II", but I will be keeping that one for the Marder Campaign starting in January

Wow.....excellent builds in this thread. I hadn't posted in awhile so here are some photos of my Trumpeter 1/35th M1134 TOW STRYKER. Assembly has been relatively straightforward although there were some fit issues with the Hammerhead TOW housing. Also, even though Trumpeter included the part they did not mention the PE exhaust shroud on the engine deck but I was able to figure it out from real-life photos and get it installed. Thanks to Concord Publications for the reference shots!!!!! Anyway, should be priming this week.
Best wishes, Ian

Continued work on the TOW STRYKER. I painted the -1134 with Tamiya green over Humbrol Primer. Going to get the stowage and wheels primed today and also going to scratchbuild a DUKE Antennae for the winch housing.

Your welcome,
He has some good articles!
I got some done Today, sanded down the cupola to the right diameter and added some putty to fill in the top groove.
Cheers Rob.

Thanks Phil!
Got a bit more done,
Finished the cupola then made a working hinge for the drivers hatch(that big hinge was just crying out) and made a bunch of the mounting points(don't know what to call them) I wrapped wire around a suitable piece of sheet plastic then cut them off, lined them up on some masking tape and put that in my bender that didn't work. So plan B bent each one in my pliers with a strip of masking tape to keep the same dimensions then trimmed them all to size and attached.
Cheers Rob.

Phil----Thank you sir. It will have a lot of stowage and a lot of dirt and mud. I think I will be depicting a -1134 based in Germany so it won't have the slat armor but a lot of other goodies instead.
Rob---The SU- looks great. Always liked the profile on that vehicle.

More of my M10. Decals and bits and pieces add, gloss finish on. Now just have to weather it.

NICE Stephen! I love what you have done there on the M10!
And Rob... have you gone blind yet after all that detailed work? I would have by now but it does look good and will pay off in the end.
When I get back from voting I will start on my JEEP and then my kit for this Campaign too.

Hi Gary,
thanks mate, it´s not a problem with the link, it´s with
how you add the text.
It will not recognise the following German letters:
ä ö ü ß
So a correct spelling is only possible if they a writen
as:
ae oe ue ss
Hope this helps anyone else with a German keyboard.
