Thanks Phil!
I have some Vallejo Russian green surface primer on both lower hulls and the insides of all the running gear(it's hard to see in the pics) once I finish the uppers and tracks I can start with the finish coat.
Did the other side tanks of both and a bit of PE.
Cheers Rob.

Hi Rob
I can´t wait to see those two nasty buggers get going.

Any suggestions?

Tom, in the past I have fixed hull warpage by using sheet stock columns and spacers inside the hull to either "pull in" or "push out" the warped areas and make everything square. Basically, just make a lattice work inside the model and use the sheet stock supports to square everything up. You can also use thin plastic shims to expand the spars or columns as needed. Once you have everything in place apply some CA glue and accelerant and everything should be nice and strong.

Hi Tom.
I had the exact problem with the M-10 I’m building. I put a heap of glue on and used a couple of clamps when I attached the engine cover (C6), this piece helped strengthen the hull and straighten things up a bit. I then attached the rear plate (C2 I think?), I glued one side and let it dry over night then glued and clamped it on the other side the next day, and this seemed to just about fix the issue. There was only a small warp left which was rectified when I glued the upper hull to the lower hull, I used lots of glue, put a heavy weight on top of the upper hull and left it over night.
Will post a pic of my build soon.

Tom,
Wow that's some nasty warping. Try clamping the rear to something flat and dipping it in hot water. Given the thickness of the plastic you might have to repeat the process a few times. It won't fix it outright, but it'll hopefully straighten it enough to make it easier to fit the to rear plate and engine deck plate.
Good luck.

Finished painting my EBR-10, now to paint up an appropriate crew.
Overall this kit was a fun build. I can't understand the variation in detail in the kit. There is minute detail in some places and then major things missing in another.

Well the M-1134 TOW STRYKER is a wrap and posted up in the gallery. The vehicle was weathered with a variety of MIG and CMK pigments and Tamiya and Trumpeter stowage was used to accessorize the exterior. Vehicle depicted is a TOW STRYKER from "Killer Company", 2nd Stryker Cavalry Regiment, Germany.
This has been a very enjoyable campaign and everybody's models have been really outstanding. Enjoyed it...as always.
Best wishes, Ian

Nice build Ian, makes me want to do something modern. Rumors are that MENG is coming out with an AMX-30B, that would go with an EBR-10.

Thanks Cam! I would love to see a good AMX-30 kit come out. Very sleek tank and it would certainly compliment your EBR-10.

Yes Tony that is an interesting vehicle! Well Done!
I have all the tracks for both ready that and a handfull of small parts for the SU-100 and I can finish off the base coat on that. Still some more PE to do on the SU-85 but it's coming along too.
Cheers Rob.
