Hi Guy's,
I have been asked if we could get an extension for the build & it has been approved so it will now finish on the 31.06.13, but as I still build so slow not sure if it will save me!!
Hopefully it will help those who require it.
Keep up the great work!! Please
Cheers Mike

Thanks for the campaign extension, gents. I could use it as well and should be able to hit the new date. Don't know where the time went.

Best wishes,

Are figures allowed? I would like to do a diorama of a French in Chad radio group. One of the figures has the arms attached.

Hi Brent,

I am afraid if it was just figures I would have to say no as it was stated at the start that it need to be a vehicle...but if you wanted to add a jeep or an M8 or something small that would be ok!!
Thanks for your interest even if you can't / don't want to expand your dio & it would be great to see it at some point.
Cheers Mike

I believe that my original idea of Indochina could be done for Chad insead. I have a 3/4 ton Dodge weapons carrier that could be used .

Back in the groove and with some steam too!

Alot of flash cleanup and sink holes but should be finished in a few days.

Not too many sprues BUT... no numbers on the parts so you have to keep going back and fourth with the directions and the parts map.

I think the parts count is only around 75 to 80. BUT... the parts are not numbered on the sprue so you have to refer to a parts map on the directions.

The ONE good thing about the camera is that it shows everything! I have an injection mark to get rid of and that big sink hole right up front.

I have some time now.

My sanding effort turned out negative as I didn't use anything flat behind it. Mainly, I really couldn't due to the space so I may just hide it. Oh well it's not a masterpiece just like the rest of my stuff.

I used Tamiya AS-23 which is a Light Green... maybe too light but I'll show a few pics later. No real examples to use for this conflict but at least it's not the color the kit suggests.

Hey guys here are some pics of my current build for this campaign, I didn't know what I wanted to build, but I had someone else earlier in this thread built a T62, and I thought why not, my local hobby store just so happened to have one on the shelf, and so I picked it up and got to work.

Progress as of today! Thank you for looking.

anyways, thanks for looking, and thank you for letting me part of this group build!

Hi G,
a nice quick and clean build, but maybe you should slow down a bit .
I'll try and put it to you gently, you have the external fuel drum holders upside down

here's what they should look like:

You should be able to fix it if you take care.
