So once the project is completed what other steps are needed to get the campaign ribbon, attempted to post photos up in the campaign gallery, but it won't allow it. Possible to many photos in my gallery (kit maker network). Not sure how to delete photos from gallery.

Hello,
I recall signing up early for this campaign and even posted a 234/4 Panzerspahwagen as a start-up pic. However, like all other the campaigns I’ve signed up for since late last year – I’ve never gone into building anything. Work has gotten the better of my time since July, and I simply became more a lurker, quite envious of the progress of the ongoing builds. Anyways work is still work but I decided there should be time for doing stuff that I like. And since its Easter week with some days off, I thought of using it to get some build-time. So here I am, with my first build and campaign for the year. I’ve scaled the project down to something more reasonable so I am able to complete on time:
I initially avoided posting my start pic till I am sure I can get to building it. Here are progress pics from the last couple of days:
I cut the drive shaft a bit too short. Anyways this guy isn’t going anywhere, so I just used a bit of round sprue to cover it up:
I’ve dry-fitted the chassis with the lower half of the body. Also checked the wheels if they stand level on the ground:
Today I have started work on building the upper body / armor. More pics to come.
Cheers
Tat

That's a fine pair you have there and welcome to the campaign.
Great to see so many builds progressing nicely. I've actually managed to get some good progress in this weekend so far, but no photos. Gotta stop the kids "borrowing" the digital camera

Hello,
I focused on the upper body works the other day. Working on it independently, I made good progress and proceeded to do some putty work.
Bad news! I should have been a bit more cautious and done test-fits along the way. I can live with filling in gaps, but having alignment problems is another thing!
Also, my belated readings on BA-20 build logs / references indicated to me that the back part should be curved. I wonder why DML / Alan did it differently (?)
Between cursing and consigning to the bin, I thought I might as well try and salvage this build. The previous work on the body had to be undone. The hood did not come off too well, as some of the surface details got cut off. I did some sanding work on the lower sides so I can get it aligned with the upper body.
Got the curved backside on as well. It may not be perfect but it seemed to look the part.
Now the next item to be figured out is how to get the hood and grille parts back, as the sides have now become a bit wider.
Happy Easter!

That's cheating with the little helper. Has to be all your own work.
