I know that the T-62 and BMP 3's are coming from Trumpeter, but how about modern tooled versions of the BTR/BMP/BRDM/ZSU series from DML.
Skif does MTLB's but again, I'd love them in Tamiya quality. T64 series too.
A Tunguska would be great as well.
There was to be a resin PACV hovercraft , but it seems to have died on the vine. I'd love one of those in plastic as well.

Well, I'm probably in a crowd of ONE on this, but here you have it: Any, but ANY of the US Army missle systems (styrene, not resin) to include:
Corporal
Honest John
Lacrosse
Little John
Sergeant
HAWK
Pershing
Patriot
Nike - Hercules, Ajax
Lance
M-103 tank
M-42 Duster
M-56 Scorpion
1/35th Helicopters we're still missing
Lastly, some "good" bolshevik stuff...better T-62. T-64, etc.
Cordially,
Dennis
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dennis...your not alone...but even thought their either old OOP or resin, I have everyone of the missiles (and then some) you mentioned on the shelf now and most are available on ebay.
Granted, it would be great to have them all in 1/35 and re-tooled, but I can think of 100 others that have not been made into a kit yet. I would like to see those first!
But.....your not alone.
Rounds Complete!!

CV-90 (30, 35 or 40 version - I dont care, as long as it´s the CV90 :-)
drove one of these beasts some weeks ago and it´s the coolest "little tank"
It´s being implemented in Sweden, Norway, Holland and Denmark - so theres potentiail for different versions as well!!
I'm partial to the Finnish one, love that splinter cam!

- the japanese manufactured jeep like used in Nam by the ARVN
Actualy, the Japanese company Okuno made some. They aimed them at the regular crowd by having it on some monster chassis, but the body was evidently very nice. All it needed was to be mated to a Skybow (now AFV Club?) M38 chassis. See http://www.guntruck.com and click on the "Vietnam War and 1970s" button.
HLJ says the Okuno kit is discontinued but you might be able to find one somewhere.

Wow! I scanned the thread and swear I didn't see it. How about a DML full body treatment of the M60 series tank? and no I don't want blazer/reactive armor on it. I want to see the old girl; M60A1, M60A1 RISE Passive, M60A2, M60A3, and how about the above with the blade on the front? While we're at it how about the M47 and M48 (all variants). OK, I'm done.

The Casspir. Developed by South Africa, exported to a number of countries. IIRC, casspirs were used by the U.S. in limited numbers in Iraq , and served as a basis for the new mine-protected vehicles the U.S. has developed.

Spanish BMR, VEC and Rebeco would be nice, but all of them need a good set of spanish legionnaires. Maybe as important as the vehicles are the figures that are on or around them, so new kits about british, german, russian, french and other NATO countries troops are really necessary.

Modern armor kits eh? Lets see....
Well, the tank hasn't entered service yet but Japan's prototype main battle tank, the Type 10, due to enter service in 2010/2011, looks pretty cool. It'd be great if Tamiya kitted the vehicle once it enters service. Below is a link to a pic of the recently unveiled prototype.
http://cache.io9.com/assets/resources/2008/02/japanesetank2.JPG
I'd also like to see somebody make a new mould of an AMX-30. Both Tamiya and Heller's 35th scale kits are discontinued and hard to find. Not sure as to the quality of the Heller kit. And Tamiya's kit has it's origins in the 60's, so it won't be up to today's standards.
