I don't even know where the years gone since I posted on here...it has been a blur.
We had a boy!
I am literally just starting to model again after moving house so its been hectic. I'd love to get into another project like this but I can't imagine ever having the time again!!

This diorama looks unusual. I like the idea that part of the base is shaped like an arrow pointing to a direction and the map that's used in your diorama.

I think this is a great photo reference for those wanting to try and emulate hedgerows. I stumbled upon this in my search for references for my next possible dio. Thought it deserved another look.

Thanks for reviving this thread. It is indeed a great piece of work. At the risk of heresy, I think it is better than Shep Paine's hedgerow dio he made for Monogram back in the 1970s, in terms of composition, scenery, and overall feel.
