yup DCU would definitely be easier to paint. I'd like to see your multicam, which colours you use etc. Updates on Thor will come soon.

Hi Yaroslav
I've been following your thread on the armor forum, and I've seen all the new releases you've prepared, and I've purchased a few of them for some of my builds.
thnaks for posting them here aswell, looking forward to the miniguns a lot!

Here is a small update on Thor. Since last time i've added some more small interior details, the rear 240 and the doors. I used the kit doors for the general shape and built up the shape with styrene. Next step is to prime and paint the interior and add the final exterior details: antenna, bolts, tool mounts...
Cheers

That is a lot of evergreen, and you know i like that
Now that you almost finished it, how long will it take till some manufacturer will release a conversation of this, haha
it's looking great Anirudh, can't wait to see more!

Good to see you working on the diorama again Gijs. The whole model is just awesome, and some extra figures will certainly add to it.
However i'm not a big fan of the pointing figure, I think its too much of a cliche and just doesn't really look right. I personally don't think any figures pointing ever look realistic, it just looks too staged and unnatural. The figure in the cargo bed would look better leaning on the roof or down the front with the standing figure.

I wouldn't be surprised, the same thing happened with my first GMV and the Legends conversion. Anyway, Thor ha snow been painted and I'm in the process of weathering it. I was going to add lots of equipment in the cab, but when I realised how little of it was seen there wasn't really much point.
The cylinder thing on the rear is the mount for the spare wheel. I couldn't see what it was actually like on Thor so I just made sure it was in the right position. More progress soon
Cheers
