Got mine, it came today by UPS only a (2) day wait. Italeri's Willy's MB Jeep. So it smells, looks, and goes together like a JEEP

Hello everyone

I wanted to get into this campaign as I had a Tamiya SAS Jeep in my stash, but the more I looked at the kit the more I disliked the details..

So I wound up buying a verlinden kit to make one of these up.

Hope my skills are up the the test.

Just looking at my kit here on the desk is also tempting me also, to at least open the plastic bag to feel the plastic and imagine what to do first when it is time to start .

Oh! Steph, looks like you will need to protect your kit parts if Paul has a chance to visit .

Sal, I bet you get up in the middle of the night and sit the kit out on the work bench then count the parts and dream of how you are going to glue this and paint that and not get mad when things are not going your way or is that what I do. I forget if I am dreaming sometimes, but hey I am having fun

Hi there, as you can see I just canīt decide so I had to get at both

Hi Steph, hey mate itīs only 1080 Kīs down to yours, should take about 11 hours:

I could be there for breakfast hereīs my order:
Coffee Nato (2 sugars + milk)
Bacon and 2 Eggs and grilled tomatoes toast or fresh bread
Vickers K mashine guns
Cornflakes with real milk
A little chat about modelling in general
more coffee
some more Vicker K guns
a walk in the sunshine
talk about lunch with cheese and wine (in the sun)

as for Sal, I bet he has 2 kits one of which he keeps nibbling at to keep away the hunger and the other he
has hidden in the stash . Hope you know where it is mate

@ Sal: my only JEEP kit is on the top of my desk with (4) untouched kits and (7) started kit boxes, kinda bare at the moment. So the JEEP is the only AFV kit and has the stage all by its lonesome.

@ Steph: I will take a glass of Chianti

@ Paul: dont forget the road bandits and protect your Vickers Ks.

I just ordered myself a PE Bender last night to use with this kit for the JEEP Campaign!

Not a second late either as I am running into needing one all the time. Could be entertaining, huh?

I should get it tomorrow, just in time to break it in with the FAUN kit, then my 1/24 JEEP.

Howdy Y'all
I'll be building a SAS jeep also. This is a 1/76 resin model I picked up at a swap meet.
