Well congratulations to those that managed to finish this campaign I have to say this was very fun and informative and can’t wait for the second part to kick off.

John your T-62 came out fantastic; I like the dirty look of the side skirts

Cdharwins great finish on the enigma, kind of looks like it’s been sitting in the desert for a while before being found.

Bod your T-54 turned out great for an old dog of a kit. It’s amazing that even old crappy kits and be built into something nice with a little TLC and some paint.

Alex, love the T-62MV, plain and simple finish, but looks great. I’ve loved to get one of these kits, but want to replace the Kontakt blocks and tracks. One thing that can really make it stand out more would to be to paint different shades of green on the blocks much like the real thing shows.

John Pretty good finish on the T-55 w/ BTU. I like some of the extra details you added to it. Overall nicely done with the built up dirt.

Well I’m calling mine done for now. I still need to do a few touch ups, but will have to wait until the water fully dries. I have some of the clay that I used to dam for the water still partially on the base. I also found out the water I used eats away at the foam, I few spots you not pressed down enough and the water seep through. But overall I think it turned out not too bad, a few areas to improve on for the next time I try something like this.

@Christopher: Thanks for the kudos, the kit had been derided by others for its inaccuracy but I found that it was an easy build and as you stated a little paint can do wonders.

Nice work yourself, dozer blade looks great.

Christopher, what can I say, a very bold project very well executed, well done. The base and the river look great (despite the foam issues) and the figures and the wildlife/vegetation add a lot of life and colour to the scene. One of the stand-out builds of the campaign I think!

James I love how yours turned out. I have to agree with some of the comments over on the Russian forum it needs a base. Not a full blown dio, but a simple base with a road and rubble with maybe a figure or 2 sitting on the tank or something maybe surveying their surroundings. But overall very well done.

Aside from some mud and weathering I'm calling mine done as soon as the tracks dry... Whew, I didn't think it would happen and then there it was.

I should have my photos up tonight with any luck or tomorrow at the latest so we can all have a good guffaw then

Mine didn't come out as well as I had hoped but I did try some new things.

I lost one of the anchors for the mine plow cables, I just hope I didn't vacuum it up

Doh! just noticed I didn't paint the end of the gun barrel.

Well the tank is finished except for the crew so here it is.Stowage needed as wellbut I'm pretty happy with it.

Guys thanks a lot for the comments. I could not get to build any models for a long time for various reasons so i had very little time to start and finish this one. I know the build could have been a lot better, but i was in a hurry. Better to build them this way than letting the stock grow bigger!

Paul thanks for the cool campaign and hope to see a Mk II. A T54 and another T55 still in the stash!

For the mud I used Vallejo white pumice mixed with pigment and acrylic paints till I got the color I wanted. there are two colors of rust done with pigments with alcohol but that part did not come out as well.

Great Campaign everyone !!!

Well in the end it looks like we may have had more T-54/55's than T-62's finished, wasn't looking that way for a while!

A great campaign that got me to finally finish a build and use the weathering products I've been amassing for the last couple of years.
Thanks to everyone involved and of course a big thank you to Paul for starting the campaign and being such a great host to us all, cheers mate! Plus he put together a pretty flipping decent Tiran for our viewing pleasure, nice work!

Dang, so close and yet so far. Car troubles had me busy and stressed enough that I just plain didn't have time to even look at my kit but it was a great run and I'll have it finished for my local club contest in June at any rate.
