The camo is inspired by some articles that say that the early German Panzers were painted in dark Gray and Dark Brown camo with the Brown camo covering at least 30%.

@Jesper Thanks! The weathering is minimal, but most of it is actually hidden behind the slat armor. A bit of a miss on my part there.
@Andre That poor thing. I'd be amazed if that robot would even work after being exposed to that much wear.

Andre and Vegard, that is the beauty of this hobby. One can make everything from factory clean vehicles to beaten up old dirty veteran vehicles. Both builds look great, but with different stories and backgrounds to them.

Hell no. Unless you are replicating a model from a specific photo or video, I believe you can weather your own model to whatever standard you want.

Regarding the 2A6M build...can I ask why the loader's hatch is mounted upside down on the commander's cupola and why the commander's hatch is on the loader's hole?
My suggestion for a bit of further finishing would be to add the commonly seen recognition stripes on the hull and turret. Even with the slat armour you could still do that. I think it would break up the single colour look and lend itself a bit more to the background story.

@jason Yeah, the hatch is upside down, but in their right cupolas according to the instructions.
I considered painting white stripes, but I was fed up with the build and my white paint had dried up.
