Recently there was some speculation about a kit's release not being the one I expected. (I'm assured BOTH are still in the works) The photo below ain't one of them, but just for fun, it is of a different one I helped with that is coming. Who knows their engines?

Looks like it could be a Cummins engine to me. MaxxPro maybe???

But no, this photo is from the Maxx Pro, and clearly differs. I've already ridden that bull in two rodeos. Time for something new.

But no. Althought now that you mention it, I did do a very comprehensive walk around it (the fourth for that vehicle if you include one in Iraq) and I'd sure hate to think I was wasting my time.

Since I see black mounting brackets, I'm going to take a wild guess and say Chenowth SEAL DPV, which could also explain the inner rust if the engine is exposed.

looks very simialr to an internatioanl amx or euro spec navistar husky with an uprated fan housing but the alt and serptine belt are are the same as the husky layout however the navistar doesnt have an open engine pan like in the pic unless the belly plate is off. maybe a cougar mrap.

I think it can be a Husky, i can nothing about engine but i know you mention once that it maybe come a kit of the Husky

Not a Husky either, although no less than THREE manufacturers have expressed interest. Two have my measurements. I had completely forgotten about that one.

While I did do a full walk around and measurements of that one last summer (the Holy Grail as someone out it) not on the list yet. A few have expressed interest, but resin is not the right medium for it. We'll what happens. See related post from me a few months ago.

I think it's the new Oshkosh MATV. It would be funny if a model was released before the real thing entered service!

I can only apologize for the FAASV delay, although it's out of my control. I sometimes am quite surprised about the timing of a release myself, as in the case of Hisham's announcement this morning. I will say that that particualr release gives me hope on the FAASV though. They've only had the reference material for what, two and a half, three years now?

Heck, I want a USMC Mercedes G IFAV or M1161 "Growler." Since it has green fan blades, I take it it's Army. Could it be the John Deere M-Gator?

I'm guessing it's some kind of civilian cargo truck. Probably something common to the Middle East or Afghanistan. I've never seen these cargo trucks make the list of "most requested" kits, but it would make sense to offer these kinds of trucks with so many modern military convoy escort/route clearance vehicles available (Husky, JERRV, etc.).
