There's a blade of grass, third picture down, over on the left side, waay too tall, man. Fix it and you'll be doing ok.

So, have you ever actually seen this place or are you pulling it out of your mind-hole? Very peaceful wherever it is. Looks like a fine place to spend some time. Your detail work is superb. Muy Bueno.

A nice random natural look to it.

You're right to like the roses, they look particularly good.
I had trouble myself with the paper ivy (I think that's what you've used), ended up cutting off the leaves and gluing them to my own stems. Yours look great.




Visit rural France.... in a couple of months time this will be a common sight.

Phil,I did square away that blade of grass so rest easy buddy.

Here is some work on figure mods. Nothing too spectacular here.
First off,the fowl.
I had an ancient Tamiya farmyard set but I only had two roosting hens and one barnyard pimp. I was going to cast the hens to get some numbers going but decided to just modify them. I wanted to show them eating. First thing was add the missing bottom half.



I then had to cut off the head and re-position them,followed by some scribing,etc and then the addition of legs and feet. Putty will now be added to blend things in,etc.



The pimp was just cleaned up nd will be used as is.The chick was given legs. I have two more to do. Mr Duck was also just cleaned up.


I know this is very exciting talking about fowl. Maybe a little kid will be more interesting.
Here is how he came out of the box.



He was MB from a peasants in the east set.
Early 19th century shirt and pants were added and his frown was changed to a smile. He also has suitable hair now for 1800 or so.




I have to add buttons to his trousers and smooth stuff out but this guy is far along.



Moving on to the old man next. Thanks for looking gents.
