This is pretty much standard throughout Normandy. Bodged repairs are common, using string, wire, or anything suitable.

Jerry... been awhile since I've posted thanks to forgetting my password but I've been lurking in the shadows with your past few forum posts. Every time I see your work I'm still in awe with what you do. There are a lot of talented individuals on this site and within this hobby but I think many people here will agree that your work stands out as it is beyond impressive and unbelievably realistic in terms of detail. This goes for each of your builds. Each time I come to the site I look forward to clicking on the forums and seeing you've started a new thread. Ok enough with the a$$ kissing (really, it's hard to tell I'm a fan haha)

Thanks for the words of encouragement buddy It was a nice gift for me today to read this.
Nothing new for a while now because I have been awfully sick and am now battling pneumonia.
But I shall return to the fight another day!

Hope you’re taking medical advice Jerry, 15 years ago I thought I just had a bad cough for 3+ weeks until I cracked a rib - ended up in hospital on i/v antibio drip for several days having some unpleasant procedures to get rid of the pneumo - shoulda gone to a doctor in the first place. Get well soon

I have been unable to spend any time here (nor the bench ) as well, but always look frwd to the latest developements when I can.
