Rick -

Really looking forward to those Panthers as your Tigers have been incredibly well done. I've just gotten started on my Tamiya Tiger I (Mid). Coaching Baseball still taking most of my time until after 4th of July Tournaments, but managed to get 'running gear' and lower hull going. I've been waiting for over a week for the Atak Zim set I ordered, but nothing yet from Great Models. Anyone got a faster/better source? I looked at Model Point whom I've had quick service from before, but the Atak is out of stock. Still early but I don't want to work on something that the Atak Zim set replaces or covers. Thanks in advance,

So far, an Aber engine screen set is installed, parts primed, and wheels are in painting/cammo progress.
Note: I have said before that I'm not really fond of "Perfect Cammo" schemes where talented,20 foot tall spraygun experts touched up and massaged the vehicle on a daily basis. However,The painting guide shows a scheme for my panther as one of the 505th panzer regiment in Italy 43-44.It's believable and interesting as if I do this right,it will look like it was done by a very exclusive shop in a ritzy district of Anzio. :-) :-) :-)
cheers for hunting fashionistas! :-)

Really first rate Rodolpho. I have to agree with the antenna change. I have a slight curve in the one I used for my Tiger and it annoys me a bit, but yours has a definite bend. I know you went OOB on the kit but I still think it sceams for engine grill sreens. Congrats, I have added you to the completed list----WHO'S NEXT !!!???

Thanks for your kind comments Steve. I modified my post with two photos. Now you can see the commander and the new antennae. The Tamiya grids I have is inaccurate for this kit.

I love that combo effect of wet and dry mud. looks real

Something went wrong with the date setter. We jumped from middle June to September.Hopefully by going back and scanning I picked everyone up. I know I found 2 entries that I had missed. Right now I have 24 listed as complete

Hi all,

Just enlisted to this campaign my build will be the Dragon 1/72 King Tiger and I may do a Revell 1/72 Panther A as well.

Dam wish I had known about this campaign a couple of months ago as I've already built a JagdTiger, JagdPanther, Panther F, Panther G, Panther D, BefehlPanther mit Pz.IV Turm, Tiger I and Puma all in the last couple of months. Oh well more German armour :-) loving 1/72 build and paint in a week and only takes up a small amount of room.

Ciao
Luciano

Here is my completed DML Tiger I Late. sorry for the so-so pics.

Hope these links work ...
It has its flaws I know, but it was a blast to build and I had fun getting it here. I guess that's what counts the most huh? Any comments would be helpfull, just go easy on a relative FNG...

OK..I have gone through this thread to pick up anyone I missed, but this was an early thread that someone found and dragged up to the front. From now on ya'll need to be posting your entries on the OFFICIAL MEOW CAMPAIGN Thread

Thanks STEVE
